Terms for U.S. Termination:

1. Billing Increments – Calls to the United States are charged in six (6) second increments.
2. Short Calls – If 20% or more of completed calls during any 12 hour period are six (6) seconds or less in duration (each a “Short Duration Call”), then a surcharge of $0.01 per Short Duration Call (including for Short Duration Calls below the 20% threshold) will be imposed for all completed U.S. calls during the subsequent 12 hour period.
3. Non-RBOC Calls – If 20% or more of completed U.S. calls during any 12 hour period are terminated in and to non-RBOC networks (each a “Non-RBOC Call”), then a surcharge equivalent to Ten Percent (10%) of the applicable rate will be imposed for all Non-RBOC Calls during the subsequent 12 hour period.
4. Ported Numbers – Any call completed to a U.S. Destination number which has been ported shall be charged according to the LRN (Location Routing Number) of the central office to which the number has been ported. In such cases, both the dialed number and the LRN shall be available in the CDRs.
